Garlic Parmesan Crockpot Chicken
Ingredients
4 boneless chicken breasts
1 Bottle of Buffalo Wild Wings Garlic Parmesan Sauce
Whole milk or half-and-half
1 block of cream cheese, cubed
1 cup of shredded Parmesan cheese
Noodles/rice of choice
Instructions
Spray inside of Crockpot with nonstick cooking spray.
Add chicken and BWW sauce to Crockpot.
Fill empty BWW bottle with milk/half-and-half, close and shake bottle, then add contents back into Crockpot.
Add cubed cream cheese and shredded Parmesan to Crockpot.
Cook on Low for 8 hours or High for 4 hours.
While waiting for chicken to finish cooking, cook noodles/rice.
Once chicken is finished cooking, shred with forks inside Crockpot.
Serve chicken on top of pasta/rice, or mix pasta into chicken and serve.
Notes
Penne pasta is suggested by video, but egg noodles have worked well in the past.
