Garlic Parmesan Crockpot Chicken

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless chicken breasts

  • 1 Bottle of Buffalo Wild Wings Garlic Parmesan Sauce

  • Whole milk or half-and-half

  • 1 block of cream cheese, cubed

  • 1 cup of shredded Parmesan cheese

  • Noodles/rice of choice

Instructions

  1. Spray inside of Crockpot with nonstick cooking spray.

  2. Add chicken and BWW sauce to Crockpot.

  3. Fill empty BWW bottle with milk/half-and-half, close and shake bottle, then add contents back into Crockpot.

  4. Add cubed cream cheese and shredded Parmesan to Crockpot.

  5. Cook on Low for 8 hours or High for 4 hours.

  6. While waiting for chicken to finish cooking, cook noodles/rice.

  7. Once chicken is finished cooking, shred with forks inside Crockpot.

  8. Serve chicken on top of pasta/rice, or mix pasta into chicken and serve.

Notes

  • Penne pasta is suggested by video, but egg noodles have worked well in the past.
