Chicken Lasagna

Ingredients

  • 1 can (10.5 oz) low-sodium cream of mushroom soup

  • 1 can (10.5 oz) low-sodium cream of chicken soup

  • 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese

  • 0.75 diced onion (~0.5 onion)

  • 1 cup sour cream

  • 0.25 teaspoon garlic salt

  • 3 cups shredded chicken

  • 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese

  • 1 box oven-ready lasagna noodles

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. Mix soups, Parmesan, sour cream, onion, and garlic salt together. Spread a small amount on bottom of 9x13 baking dish.

  3. Add layer of noodles on top of sauce and top with additional layer of sauce.

  4. Top with layer of chicken, then cheese. Continue layering noodles/sauce/chicken/cheese. End with cheese on top.

  5. Bake for roughly 30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown.

Notes

  • Additional sauce may be needed.
